My friend Jennifer and I have gone to the Portland Scrapbooking Convention every year since we started scrapping, for me that was 2002 and for JR I think 2003. When we first started she lived in Beaverton and I lived out in the sticks. I would drive out and stay with her. Now that is reversed, I live in Beaverton and she lives in the sticks with her beautiful family. We make a point of using the convention as a excuse to get together and spend the weekend doing girly things. Our wonderful husbands become Mr. Mom's and it is such a nice break for us moms. A great girls scrapbooking weekend March 5&6
